This is hands down the best probiotic and prebiotic supplement I’ve tried! Pure has really helped with my digestion and overall gut health. The watermelon seed powder is an interesting but effective addition, and I feel a lot less bloated since starting this. The fruit punch flavor is great, and I love how easy it is to take—just mix it into my water and go. I’m definitely sticking with this!
