HOW TO USE IT
Mix with cold water and drink 20–30 minutes before training.

Men: 5 scoops (20 g) with 300 – 450 ml water.

Women: 2.5 scoops (10 g) with 200 – 300 ml water.
First-time users: Start withhalf scoop to assesstolerance.
INGREDIENTS
Citrulline malate (2:1), beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous, taurine, L-tyrosine, caffeine, sodium chloride, citric acid, maltodextrin, natural flavors, beet root extract (color), sunflower lecithin, stevia.
PRECAUTION
Caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, rapid heartbeat, or sleeplessness. Intended for healthy adults 18+. Do not exceed the recommended serving stated on the package. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if sensitive to caffeine. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition (e.g., cardiovascular disease, hypertension, thyroid disorder, kidney/liver issues) or take medication (including stimulants, MAOIs, antidepressants, or other caffeine-containing products).
Be mindful of your total daily caffeine intake from all sources. Do not combine this product with other caffeine-containing products in amounts that may exceed the recommended daily intake established by applicable guidelines.
Do not use if you have had a myocardial infarction (heart attack). A temporary tingling sensation from beta-alanine may occur. Discontinue use if adverse reactions persist. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid heat and humidity. Close cap tightly after each use. Product is hygroscopic; do not remove silica gel packet.
