These guidelines are designed to help you understand the process from placing an order to receiving your purchase, including estimated delivery times, shipping methods, and return procedures.

How to Place an Order with Alizane Creations:

To assist you with your purchase, please refer to the information below, tailored to your country.

Supported Countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Worldwide.

Payment Options:
Customers in the United States and other countries can complete their orders using the following payment methods: Debit, Credit, CashApp, Venmo, Western Union, or PayPal. We accept all major bank debit and credit cards. Please note that Midas cards and other cash cards without an expiration date are not accepted.

Checkout Process:
During checkout, please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate. Providing a phone number is recommended so that we can reach you if there are any issues with your order.

Currency Conversion:
Our website features a currency calculator located in the top right corner. To view prices in your local currency, simply select your country from the dropdown menu.

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within two (2) to five (5) business days. To maintain affordable pricing and offer free shipping, we kindly ask that you allow seven (7) to twenty (20) business days for your order to arrive. The delivery time may vary depending on the item, with some products arriving within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, while others may take longer.

Multiple Shipments:
If your order includes multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately, as our packages are dispatched from different fulfilment centers. Each package will include the return shipping address should you need to return an item. However, we ask that you contact us at alizane.creations@gmail.com before initiating any returns.

Delivery Days:
Orders are typically ready to ship within two (2) to five (5) business days, with a completion time of up to ten (10) business days.

Delivery Method:
We ship via UPS and USPS. A tracking code will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery is approximately seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days.

Shipping and Order Guidelines for Trinidad and Tobago

If you reside in Trinidad and Tobago or wish to have your order shipped to Trinidad and Tobago, please consider the following options:

Courier Service Options: We recommend creating an account with a local Trinidad and Tobago courier service, which will provide you with a mailing address to ship your packages. Popular options include Web Source, CSF Couriers, and Tropical Express.

Recommended Courier: We highly recommend Web Source, with whom we have partnered for over five years. They offer a free account, competitive pricing, and excellent service. To create an account with Web Source, you can sign up on their website or contact them by phone at +1-868-285-4932. Once your account is set up, they will provide you with an address and account number to use when shipping your packages. You can then proceed with checkout as usual, using your name and the information provided by Web Source.

TTD Currency Conversion: To view prices in Trinidad and Tobago (TTD) currency, use the currency calculator located in the top right corner of our website. Simply select Trinidad and Tobago, and the entire site will display prices in Trinidad and Tobago dollars.

Returns and Exchange Policy

At Alizane Creations, we offer a thirty-day return policy. This means you have thirty (30) days, from the date of receiving your item, to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Subsequently, Alizane Creations has thirty (30) days, from the date of receiving your return request, to process a return.

How to Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact us at alizane.creations@gmail.com. We will assist you in processing the return, provided it meets the criteria outlined above. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any return-related inquiries, feel free to reach out to us at the email address above.

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

• You must contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your goods to initiate a return.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
• Exchanges are subject to item availability.
• Refunds for returns will be processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days of the returned items reaching our facility.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Please note that Alizane Creations is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied when you receive your product(s). These costs are the full responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues: We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your Bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at alizane.creations@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days, for any reason and without providing justification. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
