Customers from the US and other countries may pay for their order the traditional way. You may choose debit, credit, CashApp, Venmo, Western Union or PayPal at checkout. Complete your address and shipping information at checkout. You may also provide a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.  Please use the currency calculator in the top right corner of our website to change the price to your country. Just click on it and select your country.

The shipping cost is free on our website unless otherwise indicated.

We accept all bank debit card and credit cards. Midas cards and other cash cards without an expiration date are not acceptable forms of payment.

Shipping information:

Thank you for shopping at The Wishful Woman. We are very happy you love our products. Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days. For us to offer affordable prices on products and free shipping, we ask that you allow us 7 to 20 business days to receive your order. Some items may take 7 to 10 business days, others may take a longer time. With an order of multiple items, some items may be shipped to you in separate packages. Our packages are shipped from different fulfillment locations and will include the shipping address, should you wish to return the item.

However, please email us at contact@thewishfulwoman.com before returning an item. It is our pleasure to work with you to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you for your business.

Returns and exchange policy:

We accept returns and exchanges on the following basis: you may contact us within 15-30 days to log a return from the delivery date of receiving your goods. Items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use/damage. Exchange solution dependent upon items in stock. Returns shall be refunded within 15-30 days to process return days of goods reaching our door.

We (the vendor) are not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your product/products. The customer is fully liable for these costs.

Refund and exchange policy:

At The Wishful Woman, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15- 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@thewishfulwoman.com and we will assist with processing the returns once they meet the above and below criteria.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
